Site Visit to Kefalos Cheese Products and Red Dane Farming

Kefalos is one of Zimbabwe's most established dairy processors, and its operations sit alongside Red Dane Farming, the farm that supplies most of its milk, on the same property at Bhara Bhara Farm. Delegates will move through three stops:

1. The Kefalos processing factory

2. The solar installation site

3. Red Dane Farming

Together these trace energy use across a single dairy value chain, from the herd to the finished product, and provide useful grounding for the plenary and breakaway discussions that follow on 8 and 9 September.
