🛂 Badge Collection & Registration
Badge Pick-Up: Monday, 7 September, from 10:00–16:00 at Rainbow Towers Harare
Registration and coffee on Day 1 opens from 08:00-08:45 AM, Tuesday, 8 September 2026. Kindly be seated by 08:45 sharp for the Opening Ceremony.

✈️ Entry into Zimbabwe
Zimbabwe introduced the Electronic VISA Application Platform (eVISA). Visitors whose countries need a VISA to enter Zimbabwe have to apply at www.evisa.gov.zw in advance:
Processing usually takes about 7 days. It is also possible to obtain VISA upon arrival at port of entry. For more detailed information and any other FAQs, kindly log onto the website above. The VISA fees are US$ 30,00 – single entry; US$45,00 – double entry and US$55.00 – multiple entry (to be supported by a letter)
There are three categories that determine whether one requires a VISA to enter Zimbabwe or not.
Category A:
Visitors from the countries listed in this category are not required to have a visa to travel to Zimbabwe. The entering declaration can be submitted online prior to travel. These countries are specified on the web page
Category B:
Visitors from the countries in this category are not required to apply for a visa before travelling, but will pay for and obtain a visa upon entering Zimbabwe. The entering declaration can be submitted online prior to travel. These countries are specified on the web page.
Category C:
Visitors from the countries in this category are required to pay for and obtain a visa before travelling to Zimbabwe. These countries are specified on the web page.
